I was the guess speaker at an event recently organised by Ards & North Down Borough Council - the unveiling of a special plaque in memory of the spectators killed when a car went out of control during the 1936 Ards TT races.
It was a real privilege to meet some of Samuel Wilson's family. Samuel was only 14 years old when he died as a result of the accident.
